Finding Peace Day Retreat

We had a wonderful day in October and we are planning more!

Finding Peace—a gentle, nurturing day retreat we’ve created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find that deep sense of calm that’s been there all along.

Between us, we have decades of experience in supporting people to feel more at ease in both body and mind.

I’m Lucy, a Pilates teacher with a background in occupational therapy. I love helping people ease aches, restore strength, and move with more confidence. For me, Pilates is more than just exercise—it’s a way to quiet the mind, reconnect with yourself, and feel steady and supported from the inside out.

And I’m Lynne. A mind body coach. I blend over 20 years experience as a physiotherapist with mind body coaching. I now specialise in working with people anxiety, chronic pain, and chronic symptoms. I’ve also been on my own journey of moving beyond cycles of anxiety. Discovering mindbody coaching was life-changing—it helped me find a deep sense of peace and showed me how this gentle, compassionate approach can truly transform lives.
