In-Person Pilates Classes in Broughty Ferry, Dundee.

Want to join an in-person class? Before getting started, I highly recommend an individual session.

This one-to-one session ensures you get the most out of your Pilates practice by tailoring it to your health needs, mobility, and goals. You’ll learn:

  • Proper technique, posture, and positioning for safe, effective movement.

  • How to engage your core correctly to build strength and prevent injury.

  • Any modifications suited to your body to make the exercises work best for you

Once you feel ready (this may be after one session or more), you can join a group class that suits you.

Start pilates

    Class times:
    10am, 11am, 6pm, 7pm
