Whether you're completely new to Pilates, returning after an injury, wanting to check your technique, or looking to progress your home practice—this session is for you.

In this 1:1 session, I’ll take the time to understand you—your body, your goals, any injuries or health conditions—and tailor everything to suit your needs.

We’ll cover the basics of how I teach, explore your posture and core engagement, and work through carefully selected exercises so you leave feeling taller, stronger and more confident in your movement.

From here, you can join a class, continue with 1:1s or follow my online sessions—it’s completely up to you.
